Print out too dark due to printer set to a scale that is too dark.

Solution:
Change the page setup to print in gray scale.

1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print'. (The 'Print' dialog box appears.)

2) In the 'Name' drop down list box, make sure the correct color printer is selected.
3) Click 'Properties'.
4) Select the 'Print in gray scale'.
5) Click 'OK'.
6) Click 'OK'.
